Cornell University's innovative and quite cutting edge Textile Sciences department extended the invitation to have Diana speak on behalf of Eileen Fisher's Design and Sustainabiility Initiatives. She traveled to Ithica in September of 2017 to check in on some "2nd life" projects that the graduate textile students are working on. These included a “Natural Dye Garden” maintained by the students and the proprietary "Fiberizer" created in collaboration with the Cornell School of Engineering and.
